Vendor Application – Fountain Market

Please read the information below carefully before filling out the form. 

• Fountain Market vendors are defined as
  • Businesses selling manufactured and/or hand-made Japan/Asia related goods and services
  • Commercial Companies selling and promoting services or brands (e.g., home improvement, or financial services), as well as franchises, authorized dealers, and national brands.

Pricing for Fountain Market Vendors for two days is as follows: 

• Japan / Asia related vendors (10′ x 10′ space) – $1,200
• Other Commercial vendors – (10′ x 10′ space) – $1,800

Rental equipment costs are listed below:

• 10 x 10 tent (weighted with sandbags) – $150
• 8 ft. table – $10 (each)
• Folding chairs (maximum – 4 per table) – $2 (each)

*Please note, these fees are based on the cost of rental equipment from our vendor, All Event Party Rental, LLC. The rental equipment fees include setup and breakdown.

**Vendors are permitted to bring their own equipment, however, all tents MUST be weighted with sandbags or weights.

Applications Close on December 15th, 2026.  Selected Vendors will be notified in mid-January 2027.
