Vendor Application – Food Court

Please read the information below carefully before filling out the form. 

• Food Court vendors are defined as selling food prepared on-site (or recently prepared and packaged off-site for consumption at the festival).
• Anyone intending to sell food, snacks, or beverages intended for consumption on-site should apply as a Food Court vendor.

Pricing for Food Court Vendors for two days is as follows: 

• Food Trucks – $1600
• 20′ x 10′ Vendor Space – $1800

Rental equipment costs are listed below:

• 10 x 10 tent (weighted with sandbags) – $150
• 8 ft. table – $10 (each)
• Folding chairs (maximum – 4 per table) – $2 (each)

*Please note, these fees are based on the cost of rental equipment from our vendor, All Event Party Rental, LLC. The rental equipment fees include setup and breakdown.

**Vendors are permitted to bring their own equipment, however, all tents MUST be weighted with sandbags or weights.

Applications Close on December 15th, 2026.  Selected Vendors will be notified in mid-January 2027.
