Join us as we celebrate seasonal and holiday traditions at the annual ‘Winter around the World’ event at Lemon Hill Mansion. Japan will be the featured destination on Sunday, and there will be musical performances, food vendors, origami, Kadomatsu workshops, and more.
KADOMATSU
Learn how to make traditional Kadomatsu decorations with instructor Tamiko.
These crafting sessions will give you a better understanding of Japanese New Year traditions while also guiding you through the process of making a traditional miniature kadomatsu (pine and bamboo decorations).
Sessions will be held at 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm. Number of participants for each session are limited, and on a first-come-first-served basis.
