Japanese Classroom is a formal Japanese language education program geared towards working adults. Students must be over 18 years of age, unless otherwise confirmed by the instructor. Each course covers 2 chapters in the New Japan Times Genki books over 10 weeks. Class meetings are held weekly from 6:00 – 7:30 PM online through Zoom.

Students of 201 should have completed Japanese 106 or its equivalent and should be familiar with basic kanji and grammar. Topics covered in Japanese 201 include:

Classes canceled due to low enrollment (under 4 students) will receive full refunds. No refunds will be given past the registration deadline for students who wish to withdraw from the class.
