The Fall 2020 Semester of the Japanese Classroom begins the week of Sept. 28th  and runs for 10 weeks, concluding the week of Dec. 7th (no class Thanksgiving week). Registration is required for all classes.

Japanese 104 is an introductory class using the Japan Times Genki 1 textbook and workbook.  Students of 104 should have completed Japanese 103 or its equivalent and should be familiar with hiragana, katakana, basic kanji, and simple grammar. Topics covered in Japanese 103 include:

• Counters
• Te-form verbs
