The Japan America Society of Greater Philadelphia is closely monitoring the Coronavirus situation. We take this threat seriously and are taking proactive steps to ensure the health and safety of our staff, visitors, and attendees.

In keeping with the CDC’s and the City of Philadelphia’s guidelines for public gatherings, we have decided to cancel Japanese Conversation Club on March 26th as a measure of caution. We are sorry to disappoint our fellow language learners and practitioners, but we take our responsibility for protecting our public very seriously. We hope you will return for next month’s meeting held on Thursday, April 23rd (4/23).

Come to Conversation Club at Parkway Central Library twice monthly. Whether you are looking to improve your Japanese or your English, or just talk about Japan-related topics, everyone is welcome!

Join us in rooms 131-132 at the Robert and Eileen Kennedy Heim Center for Cultural and Civic Engagement (abbr. Heim Center) at the Parkway Central Library, and feel free to bring beverages or snacks. Conversation Club is open to English and Japanese speakers of all levels. Registration is requested.
